I want to thank everyone who came out this passed weekend. Everything couldn’t have gone any better. We were able to have over 180 people at our Bowl Over Cancer event, and we were able to raise over $3,000!!
Please notice the first items in the new store are reservations for Bowl Over Cancer! Also included is an option to sponsor families in need to come and have a good time. We have a couple families interested in coming and we’d love to have them come out to enjoy the night with us!
Thanks for your support
Nicole and I had the pleasure of meeting two wonderful families this week, the Brennans and McCords. In total we help out 8 children, and two families that really appreciated our help.
ChemoClothes was able to get everything on the children’s wish lists as well as pay for their Holiday dinner. Check out our facebook page for the pictures with the families
New Blog host. Sorry I’ve been slacking on my posts, but life got it the way for a little during our slow times.
Tomorrow is a great event, colloborating with Eagles Fly. I am really excited for the opportunity to work with them, and of course to hang out with some current and former Philadelphia E-A-G-L-E-S EAGLES!! Sorry, Im a bit of a fan.
As always a lot of exciting things happening with ChemoClothes, with 3 upcoming events, and starting to plan for our 3rd annual Bowl over Cancer.
If youre thinking about helping but dont know what to do… start a handmade item drive in your neighborhood. We would love the support and could really use some new handmade products!
As always if you have any questions, shoot them over to email@example.com
Things are slowing down a bit on the ChemoClothes side the last few weeks, but I think its just the calm before the storm. October is booked with tons of great things happening. This Saturdays Marlton Fall Festival is something we have look forward to for months! So many people we know from growing up there will find out what we havve been up to the last couple years.
Kids Kick Cancer and the Swiss Farms 5k Milk Run are right around the corner too. Check out our Events section for details!!
The Somerdale Walmart has decided to award ChemoClothes a grant to celebrate their grand opening! Very exciting stuff.
A big thank you to the city of Somerdale, Swiss Farms, and Walmart!

Knitting classes are in the works at Virtua hospital, and so are drop boxes for ChemoClothes products! These things, just like everything else, take time, but I assure you great things are coming. In addition to our fundraising efforts we’re also going to be able to establish not only educational but therapeutic programs for patients.
We’re always thinking of new and creative ways to fight cancer, don’t hesitate email us with your ideas!
ChemoClothes is starting to get some serious recognition locally. Some great new things are in the works and all are helping fight the heck out of cancer. In no particular order: We’re now receiving donated office space courtasy of Intelligent Office of Marlton NJ, We’re teaming up with Eagles Flyer for Leukemia for Kids Kick Cancer at the Funplex of Mt. Laurel NJ, Virtua and ChemoClothes are working together with a number of different things (including a monthly knitting class at the hospital), and we’re currently working with the city of Somerdale on a 5k walk to celebrate the grand opening of Swiss Farms and the new Coopertown plaza.
Everything is so exciting!
The Tournament this year is looking to be bigger and better than last year. With an entire complex at our fingertips, we are not going to know what to do with all the space. Do not worry about the heat either, we have a great group of volunteers that are going to be doing everything in their power to keep everyone cool.
We are poised to raise some serious money and I hope you are going to be apart of it!
We would like to welcome everyone to the new ChemoClothes experience. The official unveiling will be celebrated with CAMO technologies on July 29 at their headquarters. A lot has happened leading to this event. With the help of the Philadelphia Public Relations Association and their volunteers, ChemoClothes was fortunate enough to have some media exposure with several media outlets, including the Courier Post, South Jersey Magazine, and ABC News. We had several new volunteers join our team, held two events, and attended over 10 craft fairs. Partnerships with companies and our increasing exposure in the area are helping pave the way for a great future with the cancer community. We’ve helped out two families in need, buying groceries, utilities, medical bills, and even a laptop for a young man. With several events left in the year including our biggest, this year is shaping up to be electrifying!
